I was born in 1972. I'm married to my wife, Sofia and together we have two boys, Braulio and Geronimo.
I was introduced to hunting by my late father at a very early age, having my first outdoor experiences in the family ranch in East Mexico. My family has a long tradition as outdoorsmen. As a child I spent all my summer vacations chasing quail and rabbits all day long with my .410 shotgun.
I have hunted all over Mexico extensively; I started hunting internationally many years ago. In the late nineties, I developed a strong passion for mountain hunting. I love to scout, hike, and glass for big desert rams.
I consider my best trophy the first desert mule deer I shot, not because of its size, but because I tracked and chased him for nine days. I think hunting should not be oriented to break records, although I always try to add inches to the trophy I'm seeking so I can prolong and enjoy more the hunt. The thing I enjoy the most is sharing the experiences of the days’ hunt at fireside on a chilly night underneath the stars with old and new friends.
I outfit and guide not for a living but because I love it!
